Rachel and I met one of the first days that we were at Cedarville University (well college at the time). Although distant we have remained friends. She became very close friends… Wanted to say thanks to Heather Essian for having us photograph Jim and Adrienne’s wedding with her. We met Heather through Pictage, which many of you may know is one of the professional labs that we use to print your amazing photographs. The wedding and reception were at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI…. Young as I am, still in my twenties, I have come to realize a few things about people, about life. My family has taught me that you never stop learning. You should constantly be maturing, improving, benefiting those around you. If you are just running the rat race, then I suggest you reevaluate some things… What an amazing weekend we all had. Northern Michigan rarely disappoints, and this past weekend was phenomenal! Many thanks to everyone who made it up. I can’t thank Scott Huck and Joel Hernandez enough for working with me this weekend. The emotions ran deep on Saturday and I had to play double duty as brother… Val and Rod’s was the first wedding from Saturday. My sister Pam actually helped me out because I decided to shoot two weddings on Saturday due to the fact that both couples are good friends of mine. I could not have pulled it off two weddings in the same day without Pam’s help. Chad and Rebecca tied the knot Saturday at Dow Gardens. I have known Chad since kindergarten and we were roommates at Cedarville University. I have only known Rebecca for a short time but they are incredible together, and we all had a blast on Saturday.
